On Thursday, October 31, Mr. Klehm's 7th grade leadership class served their community by raking eight 55 gallon bags in two yards in our neighborhood. This was a student-led leadership project that positively impacted those in our community.

Yesterday, our 8th grade student council members attended the Iowa Student Leadership Conference in Ames! They got to listen to the "Amazing" Tei Street and participated in some amazing breakout sessions and are excited to bring their new ideas and energy back to FMS. The Wall of Honor Assembly will be held on Friday, October 18 at 9:30am at Fairfield High School. The high school will have an amended schedule to allow students to attend the assembly.
Mr. Alnouri's engineering classes built devices to catch a falling egg. Devices were created out of household items like paper, straws, and tape. The record height was 21'!!!
